The Seller provides digital products, online courses, educational content, downloadable materials, and related services.

All products are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Where applicable, taxes (including VAT or similar sales taxes) are calculated according to applicable laws and may be included in the displayed price or calculated at checkout depending on the customer’s location and local tax regulations.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to the completed order.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Payment must be successfully completed before access to the purchased digital product or service is granted.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Access is generally provided immediately after successful payment, although occasional technical delays may occur.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product sales page, purchases of digital products are final.

Because immediate access to digital content is provided after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws require refund rights, those rights remain unaffected.

If a specific product includes a money-back guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page and shall prevail over this section.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing our products, you agree to:

provide accurate billing information;
maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
use the products only for lawful purposes;
refrain from sharing, distributing, copying, reselling, or otherwise making the purchased content available to third parties without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital products, course materials, videos, text, graphics, exercises, trademarks, and other content remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Disclaimer

Our products are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the products or services.

The Seller’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
