Our Story

Shared While began with a moment of stillness.

Meditation had been an important part of my life for years. It gave me space to slow down, reflect, and observe my thoughts with greater clarity.

During one meditation session, an unexpected idea came to me. What if two people could share a meditation in a way that created a deeper sense of presence and connection through touch?

The idea felt so clear that I couldn’t wait to explore it.

I created the very first version of the practice almost immediately and invited my wife to try it with me. The experience confirmed that there was something unique about combining mindfulness with intentional physical connection.

That first experiment became the beginning of a journey.

Over time, I refined the practice, introduced it into my work with clients, and continued learning from every shared session. Again and again, I saw how just a few minutes of intentional presence could help people slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationships.

Those experiences eventually became Shared While.

Today, Shared While is for anyone who wants to cultivate mindfulness, be more present, and deepen the connection with the people who matter most.

Whether you share the experience with your partner, a close friend, or a family member, the purpose remains the same:

To create a moment where nothing else matters except being fully present—together.

Because meaningful relationships aren’t built only through conversations or shared activities.

They’re built through shared presence.

And that’s why Shared While exists.
